What's this, you ask? Well - long story short, I have a game concept where the protagonist is heavily based on Andrea Bocelli, and so are many of the characters.

This is Solio, based on Asterio's child self, shortly after losing his sight fully. His outfit and the daisy from his eye are both based on the music contest that Asti competed in the same year (a gold daisy was the prize for the winner).

Calcino symbolizes the accident that took Asti's sight (being stuck by a soccer ball), plus the concept of calcination - essentially purifying by fire, or burning something down till nothing remains.

I guess I'm just proud that I drew one of my character concepts for once? Usually, I make them in Hero Forge, haha.

and yes Of Course Solio will have those excessively long socks. They're iconic.
