The Weeping City of Mhach: When the tank tries to turn Calofisteri’s cleaves away from the raid it will never work. He either will forget it at one time or when it gets too hectic it just does not work. It will always cleave the raid at least once - and because the raid does not expect it nobody is prepared to dodge it. Luckily this does not necessarily mean a wipe.

The Great Gubal Library (Hard): When the tank is forced or pushed or somehow getting convinced to do that last nasty big pull (with the frogs and the puppets) even though he initially did not want to it will always be a wipe. Always. There is no time gained, only time lost.
