ok yeah, he'll be a bully oc, but also im kinda struggling with actually fleshing him out T_T i have a habit of making oc designs that look cool and then being like, "alright. what is this guy going to be like..." and then having no idea... if he didnt look interesting i probably wouldve scrapped him already (like my first bully oc..., harold colley.....)

heres all my ideas for him tho

-hes not in a clique but hes involved in what happens in them sometimes (fights, drama, etc.) which leads to his reputation with each clique faltering sometimes, but theyre all mostly neutral with him

-for his personality, i think he'd be kind of eccentric/odd? hes friendly, but theres just something about how he acts that makes someone wonder, "whats wrong with this kid?" and "is he stupid?"

-WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY NEXT IDEA: hes extremely smart, but it's hard to tell with how he acts around others

-he also acts oblivious at times, but he doesnt take shit from others (basically, he just does whatever to avoid people who poke fun at him/give him shit)

-people kinda just. know him. this guy wanders around campus a lot to take pictures

I'LL MAKE UP MORE THINGS ABOUT HIS INTEREST IN PHOTOGRAPHY LATER just know hes sneaky and is the reason why a lot of students thought eunice and jimmy were going out for a while......

-hes wasian (white & filipino)

-in his right eye, i took inspo from the fake condition "pupula duplex" since ive been wanting to make an oc with it for a while!! i would've just given him polycoria, but with the way ive been drawing him, it isnt too accurate tho i dont want to change it :P

OK thats it for now thank u for reading.. if u have any suggestions/headcanons for them PLS SEND THEM i need more ideas!!!!!
