And we need more Cam Lindon stories exploring how he feels about the loss of his voice.

And one headcanon I have is that during the brief time he used a modified datapad to communicate before getting the vocoder implant, is that he was given a DUM droid that carried the pad for him around the temple. Would be short enough to hold it, allowing him to type a message, then give visual reactions while it plays.

Also, Cam wore a clothe to cover his scar during that time.
