🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️Settle into a comfortable position. As the candle burns, rest your attention on the flame. Observe the flame as it gently sways. Allow other objects, to fade into the background and let your attention centre on the flame. Notice if your mind wanders and gently guide your attention back to the flame.
