         a smile is sent in the others direction. “can i - uh - help you fi-find something??” she had seen the other walking through the gift shop, decided now was the APPROPRIATE time to ask if he needed help. she didn’t want to be that kind of shop owner that intrudes personal space as soon as someone steps through the door. “any specific gene-genera??”

    before she does anything else, she passes him the drink she’d picked up for him from the coffee shop on her way, along with a paper bag containing a cookie from the same place. “you’re panicking about valentine’s day, aren’t you?” she says, once drink and cookie are safely passed into his hands and she can settle down beside him. “you know eowyn is going to love whatever you have planned. i’m sure of it.”
