#cannot send ask

there is something terribly wrong

I always send asks to others, hoping  to interact with them,

but there is a huge problem!

the asks and messages i send, seldom get to the person!

i don't know if that is the problem of their askbox or my problem,

but i need to solve that.

Any idea how?
