Still not really crafty, but I'm super proud of this! We got a wax warmer thing in the bedroom and cupcake scented wax and it just had me craving cake!! So I hit the Google, found a couple recipes, discovered I did in fact have all the ingredients (likely due to my recent foray into cooking my own meals), and voila! My first ever homemade from scratch cake with homemade from scratch frosting!!! Frosting was too sweet and kinda runny so I added salt and cornstarch which helped, but I still think I'll go a different direction on the frosting next time....
