Rereading the cape holiday dates and..
At one point in Victor's cape holiday date, Victor and MC take a boat to an island. On the boat, Victor is wearing white shorts/pants [unevolved karma cg]. On the island, the two of them get caught in a storm, and magically Victor is now wearing black swim shorts [Look past the shirtless ness in the evolved karma cg].
Unlike girls, I didn’t think guys wore their swim suits under their clothes, and they seemingly disembarked the boat quickly due to a storm. Of course Victor could have changed much earlier, but I feel like its just a cheat-sy way of not showing us Victor dressed in soaked white pants :/
