UCLan Students: Have you seen Cape Man?

Since I've started, I've always spotted a bearded man wearing a maroon/red cape, seen him quite a few times. My friend in the second year said it's usually quite rare to see him.

So, has anyone seen this awesome dude?

Perhaps we should play a game, Spot Cape Man... it can be like a photo tag game thing. It would be pretty cool xD
