I would like to submit Captain Berlin, a German superhero. His name is obviously a play on Captain America, but Captain Berlin is a parody of American superheroes as a whole, and Superman was the one who started it all. Also, Captain America doesn't wear a cape but Captain Berlin does! (His cape is the Berlin flag and the Berlin Bear adorns his chest.) He can fly like Superman which Captain America can't. His secret identity is a journalist like Superman. Basically, Captain Berlin is a mix of Captain America and Superman, but in pathetic. Also, I love him.
