Can't believe how much we've seen Tris grow over the years, and not just emotionally or mentally look at those arms 😳 respectfully. But I hope somebody sits and talks with him soon, cos that boy is hurting. Audrey made the first approach, —thank god this woman's back— she knows him better than anyone else imo, he's her other little boy.
He's spent most of his professional adult life fighting a war, so I don't know what kind of turmoil he must have in his head. How he'll adapt being back in Darrowby. I can only imagine his train of thought, "Who am I (now)?" Is he back to being the younger Farnon brother; the rascal, partying instead of taking responsibilities. I don't think Tris is in that place any longer. Is he a vet again? Does he go back to the practice to work amongst farmers and pets right away? Does he want to? What about his military rank, that medal, and all the things that happened there he's not telling? Would he rather continue in the military path? I know they will follow the real life people's decisions or stories, but I can discern those many questions in his eyes. Callum is also so good at showing this particular range of emotions, he's come so far as an actor since I first watched one of his characters.
Tristan's also a decorated Captain now, so it puts him at the same level as Siegfried, something his brother will need to ruminate and digest, because Tris is not a little boy anymore, he's his equal now. So another change of dynamics there, that will be specially tricky for the grumpy sardine owner.
He has a long way of reflecting ahead, but he's always been a very sweet and mindful person, he'll get there soon enough I believe. This season looks promising for him with a very interesting and cute character arc, hoping we get to see every single thing about it on the show.
And most importantly, he has his parents now ♥️
