Don't Forget About Me | CaptainTink drabble
"Tinkerbell! Tink!" An unfamiliar voice called out as the blonde walked through the streets of Storybrooke. Her arms were folded over her chest. She was supposed to be going to visit Snow, but neither her nor Charming were home. "Tink!" The voice spoke out again. She suddenly felt a grip on her should, forcing her to turn around. "Tink...why are you avoiding me, lass?" A male questioned. But, she had no idea who he was. Or who Tink was.
Laughing softly, the blonde sighed. "I'm sorry. Who's Tink?" She replied, tilting her head to the side. "My name is Isabelle Green." She added, laughing still. For a moment, the man laughed but when he realised she was serious, he frowned. "You don't me?" He asked, stepping closer to her. "No. I'm sorry. Should I?" Isabelle answered, looking up to him, trying to place him in her mind but it was impossible. "Killian Jones. Captain Hook. The codfish?" He tried to jog her memory but to no avail. "Sorry. Doesn't ring a bell. Excuse me, I have to go and find my friends." She insisted, trying to walk past him. "But I..." Hook began to add but she was gone.
The pirate watched her walk into Granny's diner, his heart breaking in half. She couldn't have forgotten him. "Hook? Why are you standing there?" Emma asked, standing beside the pirate who was still looking to the diner. "Tink...she says she's forgotten me. I've been gone for two weeks." Killian exclaimed, looking from the diner. He could see Tink, his girl, sitting with Snow and Charming. "Did you fight before you left?" Emma added, looking over to him. "Of course we did. But..." He then stopped, his right hand colliding with his head. "Fool!" He yelled, turning around to swing his hook into the brickwork of the nearest building. "I told her that I didn't care." He admitted, sighing. "You are an idiot." The blonde agreed.
"Emma? What's wrong with him?" Belle chirped up, her smile on her face. "This moron told Tink that he didn't care and how she's ignoring him. Do you know anything about her memory?" The saviour looked to the brunette, who nodded. "She came to Rumple and asked him to erase him from her mind. He did as she asked. Don't get mad at him." Belle replied. "I'm not angry at the crocodile. I'm angry at myself. How do I fix this?" Killian spat, looking to Belle, his eyes almost darkening with anger. "Kiss her." Emma shrugged. "True Love's Kiss might work." She suggested.
Suddenly, Tink was leaving the diner with Snow and Charming, who smiled when they saw Emma. The three of them stepped over to the others. "Isabelle, maybe you should talk to Hook. He needs friends anyway." Emma told her, stepping to her parents. "Belle, are you coming? Rumple's with Henry and Neal." She added. Belle nodded and walked off with the others, leaving the former fairy with the pirate.
"I'm sorry. I got you confused with someone I know." Hook apologised, looking down at the ground. "It's okay. Come on. I feel like visiting the beach. If you'd care to join me, that is." She offered. Hook nodded, following her blindly. He needed his Tink back but if the kiss didn't work, he could lose her. Forever.
Within minutes, the pair were standing at the beach. Isabelle's expressive blue eyes were locked to the ocean. She was speaking but Hook wasn't listening. He was just...watching her. Was he really willing to risk this? "Hook, are you okay?" The blonde asked, laughing once again. "Lass, I want to do something. So, I'm going to need you to stay still..." He warned, stepping in front of her, his hook setting on her waist while his actual hand settled on her cheek. "This better work..." He muttered, placing his lips against hers.
Once that happened, the spell on the fairy broke. Tink's hands, which were settled by her side, moved to his arms, holding him close while she returned his kiss. A frown was on her face when he pulled away. "Tink?" He asked, his blue eyes locking on hers. "Hello Codfish. I thought you didn't care." She asked. The pirate laughed once again, giving her another kiss. "I was angry, love. Of course I care. I always will." He answered her, his thumb caressing her cheek softly. "I'm sorry I did that. But it hurt and-" Tink began to explain but Killian had shut her up with yet another kiss. "Quiet, fairy. Just kiss me." He demanded against her lips. Tinkerbell giggled slightly before she answered. "I make the demands, codfish. Don't forget that." She whispered, wrapping her arms around his neck.
