Do you have any headcanons on Alice’s relationship with original Hook, Emma, and Hope?
I kind of love the idea of the KnightRook family and the CaptainSwanHope family being really close. Originally it was because of spite against anti Alice people but it’s gradually become it’s own thing now and I hope to write more fanfics about them in the future - as well as read some when I can.
So headcanons!:
Alice constantly refers to Hope as her little sister. She partly does it because she always wanted a sibling and Hope was as close as she is ever going to get and partly because she loves seeing the looks on people’s faces. If anyone tries to tell her otherwise, she just plain refuses to listen to them. She also teaches Hope some little things over the years - including how to scale buildings and rooms which leads to some awkward questions when Emma and Killian come home to find Hope sitting on the roof one day.(I also have a part theory/part headcanon that Alice is, in a way, almost an alternative version of Hope so as Hope grows up, people notice they’re a lot alike which leads to them getting on even better over the years.)
As for Hope’s parents, I kind of imagine Killian is really awkward around her at first and Alice loved teasing him about it. She can tell her papa and Killian apart because Rogers keeps his prosthetic hand while Killian has his hook, but sometimes Alice pretends not to notice and she’ll hug him or talk casually until she “catches sight” of her actual father. Killian adjusts over time and becomes a an uncle to her, but it’s still more of a distant uncle because he tends to over think the alternative aspects of it.
And then there’s Emma, who - funny enough - Alice is a little awkward around, at first. She doesn’t really know what to think of the woman who - in an alternative world - is her fathers true love and sometimes she worries her father missed out on love because he had her instead. However after she and Emma spend some time together, they get on quite well - Emma also is the one to assure Alice that Rogers didn’t miss anything because he had her as a true love instead. Emma even teaches Alice how to play tricks on her dad using magic (like making his prosthetic hand disappear up onto one of the high shelves) and once Alice starts calling Hope her little sister, Emma sometimes plays along, referring to Alice as Hope’s big sister.
