Took on the challenge of my first habitat using excavator clay! I was pleasantly surprised to learn you can re-form it simply by making it wet again, and it's soft enough to allow the animals to dig and create their own burrows and tunnels. I'm thinking of putting some soil inside the burrows to help maintain slight humidity inside. Any suggestions or helpful hints are welcome! :)

Jax, looking majestic last night. The nights are finally getting down to 60F or so. Hopefully by January it will be down to 55F. Still no lock seen by these guys, but who knows what goes on when I'm asleep ;)
