With double the chocolate and gooey caramel bits, these cookies are a chocolate lover's dream. They're rich, chewy, and absolutely delectable!
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup caramel bits or chopped caramel candies. 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chunks.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, caramel bits, and chopped dark chocolate. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy these indulgent Double Chocolate Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies!
