Shadow: Agitation When encapsulated by shadow, an ever-present sense of agitation creates a hostile environment within your inner world. In an effort to diminish. the tension, you may seek outlets for your rage: competition, risky escapades, and lower frequency objectives that disregard the sanctity of life. When your actions are not fully aligned, you'll find yourself in the wrong place at the wrong time - which, ironically, produces more underlying fear and tension. When repressing this energy, you avoid life altogether for fear of its inevitable pitfalls and setbacks; you close yourself off and retreat to an illusory shelter of safety.
