Speaking of Disney characters split across multiple twst characters, in the way that Lilia isn’t the 3 fairies but takes the fairies’ “role” in Silver’s life, i’ve always thought that Ace took the role of Alice in Heartslabyul’s storyline.
He’s new to school, the one most baffled by Heartslabyul’s nonsensical nature, he directly challenges and conflicts with Riddle, which is directly compared to Alice challenging the Queen in the courtroom.
I actually thought that Ace was meant to be Alice until the RSA silhouettes were revealed

That’s the thing with Twst (and what I believe was always the case). Even if the marketing outright tells us “oh, this character is twisted from this one specific Disney character”, it’s never actually 100% true. Officially, Ace is twisted from a card soldier (and, more specifically, the Ace of Hearts). However, he also plays the role of Alice in book 1, and therefore isn’t purely “just a twisted card solider”.
This is the case for tons of Twst characters, so I’ve never understood the fandom obsession with trying to match a single Disney character with a single Twst character. *coughsJACKHOWL*coughs* Like, sure, it’s fun to speculate—but it’s not worth splitting hairs over because every Twst character borrows from multiple Disney IPs.
Sometimes there is overlap in inspiration and references too. For example, I’ve seen people call Yuu the “Alice” of Twst since they, like Alice, transmigrate from another world, own a cat (Grim to Alice’s Dinah), and often ask a lot of questions (mirroring Alice’s curiosity) in order to try and get a better understanding of their new world. But as you’ve pointed out, Ace also has “Alice” traits: he’s new to NRC, he’s baffled by the nonsensicalness of his dorm, and he frequently challenges Riddle (our QoH) and other figures of authority. So we’ve got Yuu AND Ace… and now we’re preparing for a character that is formally twisted from Alice.
