My favourite has to be meadowbeater i LOVE them so much especially quidditch rivals to lovers who take ages to get together through a series of miscommunication. And they have so much angst potential with halfblood marlene and dorcas' friendgroup joining the deatheaters and her having to leaver her friends behind bcs she would choose marlene over everything in every lifetime. And Marlene who died with Dorcas' ring in her pocket bcs she was about to propose

Ok next is probs sunflower i love them sm i feel like they r a lot less basic then ppl give them credit for, i love wolfstar they will always be more favourite ship but jilly are like "The love story" Also i love them during the war, they were a little insane and i feel like people forget that they joined a freedom fighter group straight out of school although they both had extremely promising career prospects. Also jily is only accepatable if james is absoulouetly pthetic for her he is embarassingly down bad he will doANYTHING for her and she just doesnt gaf (cold hearted girl x stupid boy aesthetic except lily isnt cold but james pre character development pisses her off) Also i fear i eat up the cliche wartime injury near death hurt/comfort scenes

Very close third is Saintraven/holyrival i love them so much. Especially emmeline who is a flawed character BCS LET MY GIRLS HAVE FLAWS she's initially bitter and jaded and she's kind of jealous of Mary bcs she resents her for getting everything emmeline wishes she has, and also deeply insecure emmeline the love of my life. And Mary who kind of doesn't rlly notice her initially but then they become rivals/enemies and becomes kind of obsessed with ehr towards the end of 6th year (she doesnt know how to deal with gay panic) They take their sweet time getting together but they start dating in 7th year. Also mary's dad who shes rlly close with absouloutely loves emmeline, shes rlly nervous to meet him but he essentialy adopts her. ALos them living together but their relationship getting more tese bcs emmeline belives that death eaters should be killed by the order and mary is against killing

OK fourth Caradenjy (i need a ship name for them) Ive got hcs for both of them on this post (caradoc) and this post (benjy) So they were best friends and had a situationship in 6th year ad got together over the 6th year holidays. BUt all their friends clocked their shit by fourth year. So benjys mum was a glassblower and she owuld always send him glass ornaments and hed gift so many to caradoc. HIs dad worked at an amusement park during his childhood, and even after his dad left the job, Benjy still goes there to sit alone and people-watch when he’s home for the summers. He brought Caradoc there during their sixth-year winter holidays, and that was where they had their first kiss, behind one of the roller coasters that was closed because it was being refurbished. His favourite colour used to be light green because he loved frogs but it changed to yellow because that was the colour of that rollercoaster. They r both introverts altho caradoc is more introverted and they love to just exist together in comfortable silence. THey also have the same violence vs non violece conflict as emmary, caradoc is a duellist and benjy focuses on research for the war

Ok and fifth is fireberry (amelia x hestia) Hestia dies her hair for her bcs amelia cnat function with out undied hair and amelia will lie on her back and draw mehndi patterns all over her, not traditional ones most of the time just whatever she feels like ( a flower, a matchbox, tree bark pattern, a chain smoking dinosaur) They actually invented lesbianism

um um um sirius was sent to live there because something something politics? his dads a politician and sirius is too controversial so he's sent to this small town (new girl grr). remus' family owns a bakery, and ofc in the non-magical au he has AIDS. james is the son of the mayor, he's also the sports kid. peter lives with his older sister and mother because his dad is out of town usually and theyre florists? lily would frequent it and pickpocket because she's like that. marlene is a farm girl. also, her father's a pastor. mary's town weird kid that had the most bizarre glow up. severus is the goth kid. (obviously). evan is the gay kid. (obviously). pandora is haunted (mentally ill). ummm. oh !! emmeline & dorcas (& a few other girls. wilkes? idk i wnna keep the des seperate) as the teen mean girls who always hangout at the mall. cardoc & sturgis are also resident jock. amycus & alecto had a house and when they moved out everyone said it was haunted (they used to sneak back and make weird sounds to keep 'the spirits' out). rita knows the town gossip and has a magazine, obviously. idk!!!!!!!!!
