Kotori’s stiffens at her friends revelation, before softening back to normal. It was both an unexpected response but somehow.. With Nozomi, it didn’t seem so strange. She always did mention things about spirits and all that... The only thing was just how... Kotori hadn’t known how deep that connection went for her. 

“I can’t imagine how hard that must be for you, Nozomi-chan... To see such things...so painful... I may not be able to erase them, but I’m here for you! Whether you’d like to talk about them, or whether you’d rather not remember them, If I can help even just a little bit, I’ll be with you. You don’t have to carry this pain by yourself anymore.” They were the best of friends after all! Kotori may not have the ability to take her sight away, but she can be there for her, and bring her happy memories to wash away whatever pains she might have experienced, if even just for a moment.

“I already looked like I just came out of a Japanese RPG, so I thought... why not go all the way and go as someone who dressed kind of similarly?”

“They sometimes leave their eggs with me to raise and this batch just hatched this morning.” She explained with a matter of fact nod as she gave the noisy fuzzball’s head a parental head rubbing.

Of course... considering the racket coming from the specially made pen... I’d say they wanted attention as well.

“Wanna touch it? They’re soft and squishy like a fuzzy stress ball.”
