Day 4 of loving myself
Tomorrow it begins I am going to care for me and my body like I never have before More water (around 2 litres per day!) Maintaining a healthier eating habit, (cut out some carbs - I’m a pasta addict) Little exercises, more walks, more jogging! Less make up, more care. Sleep more, take naps if needed! No more pills, or medication! Be positive!
I am going to create my own source of happiness and that will be me caring for me and my body! I want to love my body and accept it, so I will nourish it and make it proud.
