EXCITED!!!! BARK BARK BARK!!

This is my biggest, most complex cuff I've ever completed! >w< it's a clowncore spinning carousel cuff with balloon doggies in place of horses! This took 3 days of on and off work and *its appropriately weighty* but so fun to spin!
