Che carota!

Un alimento che non manca mai nella mia dispensa è la carota. Amo le carote, e ultimamente spesso cerco di comprarle viola perché sono più nutrienti – anche se macchiano tutte le pentole dove le cucini. Molto spesso però mi capita di averne in casa più di quelle classiche, arancione.
