Every time a new mother joins our #KeepMeClose babywearing yoga class we spend time talking about slings. . Sometimes they come with their own slings and we discuss the pros and cons of how suitable it may be for the yoga class. Despite absolutely loving the #marsupi the stretchy wraps have a special place in my heart. So adapatable! So snug and so cuddly! . I love the stretchy wraps for tiny babies but here in this 4 year old photo, my eldest daughter is 1 and she loved and lived in our stretchy. My second daughter was fed up with it in 8 weeks! She lived in the Marsupi. . It goes to show what a relationship babywearing is. It’s the personalities of the parent, baby and the nature of the carrier. When these three come together the grins get as cheesy as ours in this photo! . No slings for me and my littlest love this trip: I think my personal babywearing days are probably over. It would be easy to be a little sad... and I am. It's hard to beat the feeling of a trusting little body relaxed against you and knowing you are their safe space. However I am only a little sad, because the carried cuddles have done their work of #buildingahappybrain - she's danced and skipped and sung her way all over Pisa. She's unafraid, confident, and has an attitude all her own. "Though she be but little, she is fierce."
