driver qualification

As most of you know we’re inviting you to show us your licence. Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to complete the process. If you haven’t yet, you will be asked by email to upload a picture of yourself along with a picture of your driver’s licence. You can do this through the app, on your computer, or come in person.

If you’d like to come in person, there’s a few different locations across the city to do so, full info is available through the link in your invite email.

Winter has made itself know and has blanketed the city in snow. 

Remember, you can grab a car with winter tires or All Wheel Drive by selecting the respective amenity when making your reservation. Every car has a shovel and a brush. Be sure to give yourself some extra time just in case weather gets in the way of your trip.

winter tires

The snow has made it’s presence know. We've heard it and equipped certain vehicles with winter tires. Choose the Winter Tires amenity when making a reservation to find them. 

 A variety of different cars have been outfitted this year, including (but not limited to) the Toyota Prius & Corolla, Nissan Sentra, Hyundai Elantra, VW Golf & Jetta, and the Mazda 5.

There is a $0.5/hour premium or $5/day on winter tire vehicles.

lost & found

Forgot something in one of the cars? If you were the last member to have used the car, your membership card will still open the doors after your reservation has ended. However, don’t start the car or else the system will mark you as late!

If you couldn’t make it in time before another member reserved the car, make a 1 hour reservation between 8pm and 7am. If there’s another reservation, leave some time between your reservation and theirs. Then use your membership card to open the doors (don’t turn on the engine), retrieve your item, and simply email your reservation confirmation at [email protected]  letting us know that you went to grab a lost item and we will void the reservation so you won’t get charged!

Next time you need to move a big load, try out the new Ford Transit. It has double mirrors so you can see all the angles of the car and a back-up camera built in the rear view mirror! 

These cargos are tall so make sure they fit in the parking or condo you're bringing them in before you try and squeeze them in.
