Cassandra/Sera
7. for Cassandra/Sera? (Cheers!)
Thank you for the prompppptttt!!! Sorry it’s so short--tbh I haven’t written much for Sera and I still don’t feel like I have a great grasp on her hahaha. @dadrunkwriting
7. Woah you look super hot, I mean good! Fuck
"Shit."
Cassandra's brow furrowed reflexively, but she finished thesequence with a stomp and a lunge before she relaxed. She straightened her posture and lowered herpractice sword before she turned to where the elf Sera stood, slack-jawed.
"Do you need something?"
Sera raised her eyebrows, as though in surprise, and herhand found the back of her neck awkwardly. "What? No! No. You just," she gestured vaguely. "Look really hot--" held up her hands in surrender-- "I mean good! Good. Fuck."
Cassandra's frown deepened instinctively in response to thelittle flutter of something ill-defined she felt in her gut.
"Anyway," Sera raised her eyes to the sky. "If you're done being all stabby, maybeyou wanna..." she shrugged. "Dunno what you like to do. Sit? Drink?"
Cassandra's grip on the hilt of her makeshift bladetightened. Despite minimal sleep andless-than-ideal circumstances, Cassandra was at the top of her game, and hadadjusted her training accordingly. Shewasn't nearly finished with the set, and saw little reason for her ownhesitation. Something about Sera'sstrange, sudden awkwardness, perhaps. Itsuggested...honesty. A quality so rarein these troubled times that Cassandra was willing to spare a passing moment forit.
"Sitting anddrinking doesn't sound...like such a terrible idea," she said with a slownod.
Sera returned her gaze to Cassandra, almost shyly, andhazarded a small smile that screamed hidden mischief. "Seems like you need it, yeah?" shesaid as she passed the barricade into the training yard. She flung an arm about Cassandra's shouldersand made to escort her towards the Herald's Rest, and though Cassandra flinchedinstinctively, she put up no resistance.
I wonder what pet name Sera would give Cassandra, once they’re dating.
for @thewindysideofcare
yeah its stupid but someone’s gotta
pose from here
Why I say I like Cass x Sera: Despite their wildly contrasting personalities and initial friction, they have more in common than either will admit, and clearly grow to respect each other. Also, Sera helps Cassandra be a more compassionate person, and Cassandra in turn tries her best to help and protect Sera.
Why I really like Cass x Sera: ImagINE THE angry SEX between these TWO
