Random NEW Gem!AU for Human!Them or more like Gem!Them

Okay, so I’ve been rewatching Mirror Gem and Ocean Gem and I can’t help but think how things would be if Theo/Cassiterite was Lapis Lazuli in this case. He would have shadow powers instead, but I’m still thinking on what would happen to cripple the city if he were to steal all the shadows from things, like things would no longer have shadows!  I’m also thinking of combining this maybe with @asafeplacefromcharlie‘s own Gem!AU for Don’t Starve where Charlie is Steven, buuuuut I haven’t thought of who Steven should be yet, I was maybe thinking Webber too from yellow-pyromanic’s AU, but like I said, I still don’t know yet. Although I have confirmed that Maxwell WILL be Jasper in this case, unsure what gem he’ll be, something most likely black or maybe red and of course, i still need to think about their fusion gem.

IF ANYONE, ANYONE, HAS ANY IDEAS FOR MY DUMB KINDA-OC-INSERT AU THEN LET ME KNOW! I’D LOVE TO HEAR THEM.

(Also I’ll work on some drawings for this AU)
