hii i saw that post about most memorable fic scene and for me one of yours is in some might say i'm a superhero, the bobby spiderman scene where they talk about gender! also i love your ask box title lol anyway have a good weekend!

oh my god i forgot i reblogged that and now i’m laying on the floor. the gender scene is so special to me. it is also projection bc nonsense gender thoughts going through my own brain so i was like “that’s it i’m taking bobby’s gender away” and i felt so clever in chapters leading up to that convo where bobby was pulling away from his partners a lil bit and then the not wanting to be shirtless in front of reggie bc sometimes bodily comfort be silly when you’re figuring out gender and i just. i love that scene too. and i’m glad you enjoy it too :) that makes my heart happy :)

What time of day do you prefer to write? Why?

Honestly, it depends!! Usually really early morning, like 4:30-8am or late at night like 9pm-12am. Pretty much when everyone else in my family is asleep. Sometimes I'll work on stuff during the day though!!

Do you spend more time reading fic, writing fic, or do you do both equally?

Reading probably beats out writing, but it's kind of like... in bouts? There will be a month where I read next to no fic but write 100k, and then there will be a month where I write 5k and read like 2m words. 😅

27: If you could change one thing about mainstream literature what would you change? (i.e. more diversity, better writing, better plot etc.)

I'm really not sure! I don't read much contemporary literature. However, if fanfics are still being published (without serious and thorough restructuring and rewriting) then I'd put a stop to that.

42: Which was the best book you had to read in school?

I read a lot of good books at school but I think the best was probably Frankenstein!

i think you're close with your 3.5 on the intimidation scale tbh. you're too nice to be super intimidating but then also your writing is really good so that gives you a couple points because talented people are inherently a little scary? so somewhere around a 4 i think?

I don't know if I should be proud or offended that I actually am so close to what I assumed.

But thank you for thinking my writing is really good 🥺 and you're right, I'm probably just too nice and talk about cats and Alex's fanny pack too often to be considered intimidating lol

As someone who is afraid of horses I didn't know I needed this image. But Reggie feeling the most free he's had in a long times, wind rushing through his hair, on the back of a horse, running through the woods. What a concept!
