Elia did have a point, at first. Really. Lù couldn't argue that it felt nice to find that his favourite napping spots around the house were available whenever he wanted to rest - no more walking away as soon as he heard his ginger flatmate hiss - and not having to compete with Nico for tasty treats or with Marti for cuddles from Gio. However, it wasn't nice seeing their gentle and playful human companion looking so sad and lonely, worried about how Marti and Nico would fare out there...

He was underestimating their skills, in a desperate need to see himself as a core figure in their lives... It was something that most of those weird bipeds did, according to Rami - who liked to sit next to him and have a chat, whenever they were witnessing Elia's catastrophic flirting attempts with Sana.
He refused to acknowledge that she preferred Malik, a cute and cuddly Abyssinian who seemed to be a permanent fixture of the cat café.

Health stuff + being busy with family + editing and posting three separate fics last week really caught up with me. And then of course this week's chapter just has to be one of the more complicated ones to edit :/

Just posted my Cat for Cash Episode 5 fic, The Tower Falls. The start of this one is from Granny Juu's POV again :) I wanted/expected to do Jumbo this time but... the Tarot angle was too good to pass up. And the second half from Lynx's POV will appeal to anyone who's missing that sweet, sweet Sand/Ray angst - or anyone who wants more obnoxious younger brother Leo :D
Totally forgot to do tumblr posts for anything recently (and was too demotivated by the ongoing health issues) but I've also posted a bunch of older projects and some Tiger/Lynx somnophilia, as well as one-shots for every episode of Cat for Cash so far.
Finally, an update on cat!fic: it's officially underway again! I've written most of the next two chapters, but my arms keep acting up so editing is slow (unfortunately I can't use dictation for that). Please hang on a little longer but there should be a new chapter soon! I'm very excited to share the workshops arc with everyone :)

Yes, SandLynx! No need to pay, just your enthusiasm for the idea already has me itching to open the doc again :D I really need to wrap catfic up so I can focus on that and Karnlatee and my AkkRay fic and everything else... so much to write and so little time. And of course catfic loves to expand (as do all my projects). But I think once we get past the workshops arc the chapters should come more easily at least. And I love kitty First and miserable Khaotung so much, I don't begrudge them the extra words :) (and I pray my lovely readers do not, either!)
