Crunchy Tuna Cat Treats Recipe
Oh hey, I'm actually working on my new year resolutions.
So today I went to the grocery store. Usually I buy mass amounts of TV dinners, ramen noodles, and other high-sodium junk. I've barely had any food at my apartment this week, so I've been pretty much living off of Ramen and fast food. So today I decided to shop differently. Almost everything I bought had to be prepared, instead of just being able to throw it in the microwave. I also bought a lot of fruit and easy breakfast food so I'll actually be able to eat in the mornings..
I bought a lot of stuff for recipes i found on allrecipes.com :)
It's going to take some work to actually start cooking for myself since I am so used to eating TV dinners even when I lived back at home. And with work and school, I'm literally not going to be able to be home until dinner time. So that'll stop me from snacking all day like I'm used to.
Also-- I'm going to start cooking for my cats :) yeah, I know...crazy cat lady at the age of 19 but why not. They always try to steal my food so maybe this will be more fair for them. Seriously it's getting ridiculous, if I look away for a second Preggo go head first into my bowl of spaghetti and get sauce everywhere. Which is kinda funny since then it sounds like I named her after the sauce (and not after the fact that she was knocked up when we found her). I'm gonna aim for once a week and see how that goes.
Right now here is the site I am using: http://www.i-love-cats.com/cat-food-recipes.html
I'm kind of disappointed in some of them because they use milk, which obviously cats have trouble digesting. But we will see if I can find anything good on there. The first one I'm cooking for them tomorrow is Chick'N Biscuits :)
On a side note - got my ear pierced at Claire's today. Not sure if I like it or not...will give it a few days then decide.
