If someone was hiding the fact that they were a catboy, how could you tell?

if a catboy is hiding their identity, it's probably because they don't feel safe revealing themselves!! unfortunately, the world is still a prejudiced place for catfolk, leading many to shield themselves online. if you suspect someone may be a catboy in hiding, keep it to yourself!! they have a good reason.

4. What’s their alcohol tolerance like? (if they drink)

it's above average but nothing outrageous. Definitely built up more tolerance after he got out of the woods and started sleeping at inns... though it doesn't matter much in the end—he always drinks more than he can handle. He just wants to have a good time, and if alcohol helps, so be it.

5. What is the first impression most people have of them? Is it different when they get to know them?

I'd say it depends on who's looking but most of the time what you see is what you get. Sure, he may be a little more unhinged or more mischievous after they get to know him, but he's pretty much the same person. You have to be friend lvl 10 to unlock his softer side though.

10. Do they misuse any of their abilities?

Wouldn't say misuse... as he sees nothing wrong in using them as he sees fit, but poaching is a crime. Also, some paladin abilities do come in handy after shenanigans go wrong.

18. What is something they would never tell anyone? (a memory, a wish, anything)

He doesn't talk much and likes it that way so there's a lot unsaid... but something he will never ever ever say is how he wished his family had allowed him to stay in the clan. Yes, it goes against the rules of everything he knows. Yes, he never told this to any of his sisters or his mother. Yes, he may have left before it was planned, on his own volition, even, but what else was he supposed to do? better to get it over quick before he did something he regreted.

20. When in the story was their highest point? When were they at their lowest?

His highest was after defeating the ultima weapon, from being a nobody to being hailed the hero of eozea... he was ecstatic, full of confidence in that nothing would ever stop him. Even after the potato incident he kept being optimistic.

His lowest was after estinien got possesed by nidhogg. It was bad after the vault, feeling that haurchefantd died because of his recklesness and arrogance (seriously, not even a glance at their surroundings...), but failing to protect someone not once, but twice, and them being right in front of him too... Needless to say it took him a long time to recover, it was his first time having a loss this big. Ysayle's death didn't help either but at that point he had already reached rock bottom.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN RELATED TO WILLIAM- i- catboy lore?

Someone said William was the one that put them in the trash which made me jump to “Than it would need to be one of his own kids or else people would be looking for them” and it made my brain go brrr

There is however the fact there would need to be a mother willing to have relations with William well into his homicidal phase for this
