#artchallenge day 5! I haven't updated on this #painting in a while, but it's still in progress. It felt good to change the background to nighttime today. Kind of #cathargic. It's becoming a rather #dark & #contemplative piece. #artstudio #oilpainting #workinprogress

Words I Couldn't Say - A Letter to a Bully
Sometimes I daydream. To be honest, I daydream a lot. Most of the time it is about great romances that never happen, what would happen if I won the lottery, and imagining great indiana jones type adventures. But, occasionally I daydream about finding myself in certain situations and finding the perfect words to say. Words that never materialize in real life. Words that stay in my head for a long time. Lately, I have been daydreaming about what I would say to someone who made a comment about my weight. I can't get it out of my head, so I thought I would share. Here it is: "You've had your say, and now it's my turn. I was going to comment on how childish that was. I was going to ask if we were still in high school. But then I remembered... even the most contemptuous bitches in my high school had more class than to make fun of someone's physical appearance, and it seemed unfair to drag them down to your level. Since it is apparent that you have no class, I can only assume one thing... that you are nothing but trash. I don't pay any attention to trash, and I don't plan to start now. Have a nice life in the gutter."
