At last, a Marcus! You took what we gave you in the bio skeleton and you spun it in a really fun and interesting way that we both loved reading about. I liked that you took some traits from what we know about Gregory from the books and had them shine through in Marcus, so you could really see how Gregory became the kid he was by emulating his father, I thought that was really inspired. CATRINA GOYLE WANTED !

Order from Chaos is a Harry Potter / Marauder’s Era, mature and literate roleplay, focusing primarily on character development and the exploration of the physical and mental effects of war. It is set in 1979, during the height of the First Wizarding War. The casualties of war are rising every day, and those still alive aren’t faring much better.

WAR;

Its scars are deep, chilling, and usually invisible. Its hold on its victims is indescribable, yet undeniably tight and life-changing. It doesn’t matter that these people are little more thanteenagers, little more than children sent off to fight in a war they never asked for. On all sides, the losses are devastating…

It is a conflict that has been building since the earliest days of magic, and it’s one that was able to break apart even the strongest of colleagues, allies, and friends– the founders of Hogwarts fell to arguments about purity, and it nearly destroyed everything they worked so hard to create. Now the old families of the country rally together, the politicians and the activists, the soldiers and the vigilantes all crowd together, trying to find who can have the upper hand in this conflict. They are all fighting, they all bleed the same. But in a war, this means nothing. How can you get caught up in semantics, when there’s people who threaten those you care about? How can you stop and ponder what you’re actually doing, why seek peace with words, when you have the opportunity to stop it, no matter the cost?

In the climax of this great battle, there’s nothing left to do but fight. It will take everything you have to survive, everything you are to remain sane and safe in a time as dark as this. But there are some who refuse to stop, who are determined to go down with a fight, who will do whatever it takes to make sure their side is victorious.

So… what side are you on?

Order from Chaos has been active and running since January 2016. We accept new applications every Saturday, and have dozens of characters that are still open and available. We are an inclusive, 18+, LGBT+ friendly community, and we are waiting for your applications.
