I rewatched cars 2 for the 10000th time and wanted to draw this but cats

scene inspo, specifically the first one. It would have been the same perspective but I wanted to try something out of my comfort zone.

I made Mater a Selkirk Rex because I thought that breed fitted the most + instead of dents he has scars + his tail is meant to represent a tow hook ;)

Also, the two ominous cats in the corner have the eye colours of Acer and Grem but aren’t exactly them because I haven’t designed them yet.

The podcast Off Book improvised an entire sequel to the musical Cats.

The whole episode is fun, but I legitimately think this improvised song in particular is just as good as any song from the original and would sit comfortably beside them

One of my cats - let's call her Bitch Cat - is just sitting there in my doorway right now, staring at me. Like, I heard something at the door, shined my laptop towards it and just had her demon eyes shine in the dark. Fuckin' creep. And she's just sitting there licking her lips.

I say her name and she hisses and she bites me and why does she hate me so much goddammit cat she won't even come into my room unless it's storming and even then, she ignores me and claws at me. She even slaps me. Hard.
