- He loves the bookstore and enjoys going there a lot, especially when he knows she is around and he can see annoy her.
- She actually likes the "serious" books he writes and reviews it for him. (We see Hatori, Kazuma and Hana reading his "silly smut" book in manga, and I imagine she gets those copies too. She will never admit to reading those though).
- every time we see Shigure make an excuse to go to school, it is to go and see annoy her ( S1ep2 - when he tricks Kyo into an entrance exam, S1ep9 - when he goes to pick up Yuki's things, S1ep12 - when he picked Akito up, S2ep15 - for Tohru's conference).
- He was intrigued by the air of loneliness, but also her composure. The fact that she doesnt see herself as "losing out" in the Hatori- Kana scenario piqued his interest, and caused him to ask, "well why don't you go out with me instead?"
