I believe pets choose their humans as much as humans choose their pets. And lately, I've started to believe that these two ladies have chosen me. Losing Vouli has been severely traumatic and I said to myself I wouldn't get a new cat, apart from the stray kitties I take care about. However, the white kitty family I often post on here, was born in April and has kept me company all throughout the challenging period of my album production, personal struggles, Vouli's passing, family members health problems and so much more. 4 out of 5 white kitties have been adopted and now live happily in Athens and Komotini. The mix-coloured kitty started living in my balcony just one month ago and she has some of the kindness and sweetness Voulis used to have. Her heartwarming character is captivating (+she's a purr machine). If I had the space and money, I would gladly keep every cat/dog I found, but that's not the case (yet). For the time being, I'm seriously thinking of keeping these two, since they get on well with each other. Next step: talk my parents into it.
