FRANCE. A BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY REALLY. OR, it has been so far from what Hux has seen of it so far. He isn’t exactly here to sight see. Not yet.
‘ It is a shame, ’ He thinks, head tipping upwards to admire the structure of the buildings he passes by as he walks along a main street sidewalk. ‘ I am certain there is MUCH to see and perhaps even learn from this city. ’
That was the history buff in him. But technically speaking, he is here to look for something specific. For all he knows, what he’s looking for may not even EXIST. There is little info--save for a few things he had dug up back home. But all incomplete information without confirmation from a very specific book. And tracking down said book had proved to be nearly impossible.
Until narrowing down the results to Europe. And then to France.
But that was about as slim of a margin as he was going to get. At least for now.
There was one way, he knew, to check to see how true the legends really were. And what better way than to summon the heroes of this city ? Super heroes weren’t exactly a rarity from where he came from, but if there were any candidates to be as important as Miraculous holders, who better than super heroes themselves ? If he could only get a hold of one of those Miraculouses--if he could only find that damned book--it would make his life a lot easier. The more power he accumulated, the better a chance at accomplishing his GOAL. No amount was too little. Every bit counted.
❝ Excuse me ? ❞ Adjusting his pace accordingly, the redhead moves to catch up with a blond boy. There isn’t anyone else in sight right now, so he hopes the teen will be able to help him. Students. They were typically useful in gathering information from, considering they were always absorbing new information themselves. As he approaches the boy, he wears an almost sheepish expression. ❝ I am terribly sorry to bother you, but I was wondering if you knew where I could find the local library around here ? I am not from France. ❞ His French was rusty, but overall passable. ( It was actually above decent, but Hux only ever accepted perfection, after all. )
