Sometimes I have a wonderful dream that I'm at a multidimensional house party with all my friends & everything is beautiful & I am sad to wake up. Party dreams are better than real parties usually. Tonight's dream involved a house I've dreamt of before but this time I was welcomed with open arms. O came with me & eventually i lost him but it was ok since he was safe with a group of black priestesses. There was a spider web in a stairwell with a huge black widow in the center - as I watched two bigger wolf spiders attacked & she easily defeated them. I told the host of the party, Dorkface of course, and we watched the spider together. So much movement from room to room, each huge & wildly decorated with art pieces & splashes of color across the walls, and so many people I know in Waking yet even more I've never met before. CaveDad was there & felt like my tether to reality, letting me drift out into these rooms and then gently pulling back in. Viv was there too, a flitting smiling ghost on an eternal smoke break. What is clearest is Dorkface, always in the periphery, always right behind him as he moved, our hands touching lightly, our smiles coming easily, his eyes appearing in mirrors with the knifes flash of a smile. There were pictures of Her on the walls covered with fabric.
