i read more posts from others similar to ma last one

i think we all forgettin that all these characters have their own trauma and mistakes at the same time

nurf is abused and he abused preston

jermy is bullied and unwanted and did shit to his dog

max is neglected and uses people for his advantage

nerris actually has a good home life but they kept discouraging harrison and his dreams

harrison wasnt taken seriously and casted that weird ass spell on max and didnt apologize ((which if i remember correctly happened way before the whole bullying harrison in front of everyone thing

and all the others

that kinda shows the camp isnt a place for innocent little misunderstood babies that need love and attention

its for kids that are fucked in the head whether it be them wanting to hurt and manipulate others or them being hurt and searching for a safe space

what am saying is dont think of these kids like this:

"they had a shitty past yet they are fully innocent and wouldnt hurt others the way they were hurt"

they were hurt and it affected them to the core which makes them very complicated characters

i mean max is the very obvious example here

he tried to kill david multiple times that shit shouldnt be ignored its a 10yo kid tryna kill a 24yo guy just because he is too happy for his liking u see how fucked up that is when you type it out

but theres also the fact that he doesnt like to see his friends or david upset at all and wants everyone to be happy while also doing his best to fuck everything up but also tryna fix everything

not even he knows what he wants the neglect from his parents then the sudden extra attention from david messed him up

theres also the thing with the writing

most stuff in the show are written in a comedic way just so you can have a little laugh then forget about it but when you really think about it you realize that shit is fucked up

cameron said smth like "my father never hugged me and my uncle hugged me too much" or smth like that

see that was just a joke that was put in the episode for like a second then never talked about

and they do the same with every other characters traumatic experience

Trying to find out where Camp Camp is located!

This is a pretty long post, so click see more is see where I narrowed it down to! :D

Pulling out all the stops for this, from what I've learned, it's easy to find out where it isn't first, so let's look at the map and see where it isn't.

First of all, we know it's in the U.S, due to one of Ered's dads saying to Cameron ("Now that you're back in the good U.S of A") So that elimates basically the entire world aside from the U.S

First off, there is a volcano called Sleepy Peak's Peak. About 28 states do not have volcanos, so we can strike them off.

Next up, there's some pretty high moutains, it's also considered a mountain town, thanks C.J for being useful for something for once "Small mountain towns take bitcoin, right?"

With this, we're left with 19 states, still a lot, but a lot less than we started with, now the climate is usually hot in the Summer, it snowed once, but that was due to climate change, because of that, we can cross off states that have mountains, and I crossed off Alaska as well since it usually snows in Alaska during the Summer. And snow during the summer is very odd to all of the kids and counsolers as we see in A Camp Campbell Chirstmas or Whatever. So it's crossed off as well. Now this is quick, cause only one state has no islands SO

Yep, say goodbye to New Mexico. Also since it's heavily forested, I'm taking away states with small forest coverage. AND we know it usually snows in Winter thanks to Nikki, so we can cross off a LOT more states

Only 7 left! Last thing to do, cross off all with all states with NO active volcanoes EVER since Sleepy Peak Peak had a volanoes. This made it a LOT smaller, due to Camp Campbell having hotter Summers, I had to remove the hotter summers ANDDD

BOOM! With that, we got Utah! It has Canyons, waterfalls, caves, lakes, mountains, and active volcanoes (Which means volcanoes that erupted in the last 10,000 years and we know Sleepy Peak Peak used to be active), things we see in the show. It has islands, hot summers, medium snowfall (We know from Nikki that it usually snows in Winter), AND has a lot of small mountain towns! They also have beaches, so a little bit of everything! So with this, UTAH is the final state on our list.

Just to be clear, this has been LONG, and I could be wrong, but with all the evidence I gathered, it DOES seem like I got my answer and that Utah is our winner! Utah ALSO has a trail that has C.Campbell as a name, which is 100% not related, but I find it funny.

Total Drama Camp Camp AU

Basically the entire premise is that the entire Camp Campbell, Flowerscouts and Woodscouts cast are in a Survivor/Total Drama type show that has challenges every episode with the losers having to vote out a member to be sent home with the last remaining contestant winning 1 Million dollars.

(They're all also aged up because I'd rather not have to make 10-13 year olds compete with eachother, I don't plan on putting any relationships too so yeah-)

Might expand this AU to actually go in-depth into characters and what changed since Cameron made a Reality show instead of continuing Camp Campbell like how:

• Max had to stay with his parents

• David is less David and more so an Intern that's just there to make sure nobody dies
