How long should a good girl wait in between orgasms?

That depends very much on her, and how experienced she is at being denied.

See, a girl who orgasms damn near every day, sometimes more the once, is going to need different rules then a girl who is already denying herself a bit. So I'll give a pair of starting points:

If she is someone who orgasms very regularly, she needs to be weened off from her orgasms slowly, or it won't stick. If she cums every day, make that every other day. Once that is normal to her, start setting an amount allowed a week. 3 a week, to use as she wishes. Then 2. Then 1. At that point, she's reached the other starting point.

If she already has the self control, or lack of libido, to only orgasm a couple times a week, make that once. Once per week is a good baseline, and a good way to get a sense for how she handles it. After all, there is a big difference between happening not to orgasm more then once a week, and not being allowed to. Often makes it harder.
