—TEACHING STYLE; how do they go about things?

Aiden is very laid back, and is able to relate quite well to his students since he is still rather young himself. He does, however, expect full participation, and for his students to be able to meet their deadlines with the assignments he gives. He is still understanding if certain things come up, and offers extra credit and help to those he seems really have the drive and passion to pass his class and pursue this type of profession. His sense of humor may sometimes come out as dry, or full of sarcasm, but other than that he tries to remain as professional as he can.
