When someone says “i’M gOInG tO cOlleGe.” At this rate, I’m practically getting paid to go to school as a Marine. A lot of you pay to get training for jobs or even degrees you have to have before you can get the job. As a Marine, you get paid to take the training, already be on the job at the same time while simultaneously earning credits/ semester hours, and have the option to pursue further education which can be covered all the way up to your Masters degree. ⬅️on the left is my dad ➡️on the right is me This photo was taken the day o graduated Marine Corps boot camp, and it is significant to because the way we walk, and the way he looked at me that moment he was proud of the things I accomplished. Though my grandpa and also my dad went into the construction business, for me that wasn’t the case I didn’t feel that being the calling for myself so I made a change into something that can give me that hard work but also the rewarding factor knowing I made an accomplishment but I had a goal set for me in the future.
