CeDell Davis, a Delta bluesman from Arkansas. After childhood polio constricted his hands, he developed his own technique of using a butter knife along the fretboard of his guitar. Davis died last week at the age of 91.

To mark the passing of CeDell Davis (1926-2017), who despite being crippled by polio at ten years old, still managed to develop his own style of playing guitar using a butter knofe to make up for his crippled hands.  Here he is playing a Boogie Woogie back in 1984.
