It's still a bit of a culture shock writing x readers in the big 26 for me because the last time I wrote an x reader was in like ~2017? Thereabouts. And the x reader community back then (any of them) wasn't very diverse. Most people still used Y/N, and so many blogs had those boxes where you could put your name in them and have tumblr replace Y/N w your actual name 🤣 people still had playlists embedded in their tumblr blog's code so it could play when you accessed their page on desktop (i had that too 😌 i was very proud of it). And if you found an explicitly cis male reader fic for every 100 where the reader was a cis female, you were LUCKYYY. But forget about any meaningful trans rep 🥲

And when i started writing for this again, especially smut, I was worried if something like a woman doing anal would put people off and make them be like ew I came here for the PUSSY fucking, you WEIRDO. Meanwhile, you guys go balls to the wall, absolutely batshit insane for the pegging wesker fic 😭
