your newest story was honestly incredible! it had me 🥲 for a hot sec there, your writing in it is exceptional. the idea and plot in the first place was amazing, but how you've written it and let it play out is truly something else. the emotions i felt during it were all over the place (in a good way!) because you conveyed everything so clearly and realistically and beautifully. i felt every single bit of r's fear and it was heartbreaking🫠 i don't remember ever feeling so much when reading something!

it's the kind of idea i'd be hella proud to come up with especially if the end product came out like that, so i really hope you feel like that too. one of my favourite things i've read recently if not ever, i can't express to you how much i adore it. i would love nothing more than to see you continue it though never any pressure, but what you've created with it is truly incredible. thank you for putting your time into it, what a beautiful story <3

I think when we write (especially after finishing and then going through rounds of editing, adding, and deleting) it all starts to feel mechanical. We keep rereading the same thing over and over, and the emotion behind the story can get a little lost in the process?

When I posted The Bolter, I honestly didn't think it was that emotional. But now you and other friends are telling me how many feelings it brought up while you were reading, and it's making me see it in a whole new light heheheh
