Day 2 in Indonesia. Woke up at an ungodly hour to drive to a tea plantation. Those ladies kept on smiling no matter how many lenses were pointed in their direction while they were working.

It would have only been a 60 meter drop ;-)

Day 3 of our photography tour in Indonesia.
That look safe! Let’s belayed down into a cave.
. Puppet makers. The room was tiny, the light dim but we managed to take a few decent photos of him (that’s just an iPhone picture!)
.
Arrived mid day and we are off to a good start. Kalasan temple.
.
When you realize you forgot to take an iPhone picture for your blog at the Gong factory.
To be fair I was trying to remember not to take big breath (it was so so dusty) and I was sweating like crazy (it was so so hot). The workers must I thought we were crazy to be in there willingly :-).
.
Made it back home and the kiddos surprised me with flowers for Mother’s Day (the USA version 😉)
We seems to be on a revolving door scenario at home lately….the kids hold the fort and the parents are on rotation ;-). Should be back to normal (ish) next week after almost 2 months of crazy travel.
.
All that to photograph the sun rays through an opening in the cave. This iPhone photo does NOT do it justice however.
