Christmas present making underway.
My last woodworking workshop of the year.
.
The protagonists.... Robin and Batwoman I mean Me ;-)
He seems angry here but he loves working with me.... even if I made him signed my chair (like I do with all my projects).
.
We used to go chop our own Christmas tree (at a Christmas tree farm of course!) when we lived in Norway.... this year somebody cut a tree and I made the Christmas tree with the wood.
.
My boy band
I have lunch with them every week when I’m at my woodworking workshop.
They always ask me if I’m having lunch with them well it’s actually more like an affirmation than a question. They are used to it by now.
It’s not like we talk or anything but...
It’s a funny sight really: me, the white TaiTai, with 4 to 6 local guys, seating around the table among all the local workers in this hawker center in an industrial site. The food stall owners are used to it by now.... I disappear for a few months than show up again.
I wished I could take a picture of us eating.

Wednesday Woodworking Workshop - Week 8
When the teacher tells you to choose a non-pattern fabric you should listen.... because teacher knows best.
Matching the pattern at the seam was not my favorite thing to do during this woodworking workshop. Well at least now travisher is not my number 1 least favorite thing to do ;-)
.
Wednesday Woodworking Workshop - Week 6
After finding out everything that was not perfect so a few more round of sanding, it’s finally time for the oiling.
Such a different process than my previous workshop as this was when I would take my creation (masterpiece?) home. This time I’m only about 80% done. Next is the sewing.

Wednesday Woodworking Workshop - Week 2
Manual labor has started... Let’s carve those legs
.
Wednesday Woodworking Workshop - 4th Project.
This is what I’m doing this time... a bit of a puzzle just like the pieces of the wood I need to shape and assemble. Oh and this time there is a twist... they will be some upholstery too.
