Working on these right now. The % is based on wet clay (not slip). I used slip for the mixing but, I poured out 100g slip onto plaster and let it dry to wet clay consistency. Then calculated the % to the weight of the wet clay. Pretty happy with the results... Hope people find this useful when deciding what stains to try out in their own tests.
