not sure if this is tmi but when i finger myself and take out my finger there is like small white clumps that are kinda stringy? no idea what this could be and i’m scared of ever having sex and a guy or girl taking out there finger and seeing that.
That sounds like completely normal vaginal discharge to me. You can look here and here for various examples of normal vaginal discharge/cervical mucous:
In some cases white discharge can mean yeast infection. You can suspect it if your discharge is white and “like cottage cheese”(crumbly and lumpy) but also you experience itchiness, swelling, redness, and/or unpleasnt odor.

I am 1 week past ovulation and my cervical fluid isn't drying up. If anything, it seems much more creamy and much more of it too! Me and my husband are trying for baby number 2 and I have been off the pill since beginning of August this year, could this have anything to do with excess cervical fluid or is it a sign I may be pregnant?
