i think jay regresses to like 10 or 11 rather than a toddler, like he’s still very capable of taking care of himself, but he loves being doted on by sam (even if he denies this when he’s little)
actually, they could both be flips. sam regressing to a bit younger than jay (like 6 or 7?) and jay being all parental,, im soft. he’s so protective of her in cg headspace
and i know this goes without saying but we’re on the “take things out of context” website so: they keep romance out of regression. if either of them regresses, the other is in parent mode, not spouse mode. just so we’re all on the same page lmao
